TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. THE SERVICE

Skynet Intelligence Systems (“Skynet,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”) is a product of Duke Industries LLC, 23432 Indian Town Rd, Courtland, Virginia, United States.

These terms govern use of skynetintelligencesystems.com and the dashboard at app.skynetintelligencesystems.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Skynet provides marketing monitoring, reporting, historical metrics, configurable alarms, calculated metrics, shared screens, and AI-powered explanations. Available features and limits depend on your subscription and configuration.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZATION

Your subscription grants permission to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

You must have authority to connect each business account, property, location, or advertiser and to make its data available to users you authorize within Skynet. You are responsible for protecting your login and managing your authorized users.

Only connect sources you are permitted to access. You are responsible for your selection of properties, locations, advertisers, report recipients, and other account settings.

Do not submit passwords, OAuth tokens, payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through chat or other free-text fields.

3. CONNECTED PLATFORMS

Skynet uses official APIs and authorized connections to retrieve supported data. Google Ads authorization is optional, and one advertiser is selected for each Skynet business.

Some platform permissions technically allow management operations. Skynet’s current Google integrations use those permissions for account discovery and reporting only. Skynet does not manage campaigns, change bids or budgets, modify targeting or billing settings, publish Business Profile posts, respond to reviews, or edit Business Profiles.

Platform access depends on your permissions, account status, API availability, quotas, and applicable third-party terms. Connecting a source does not guarantee that every metric or historical period will be available.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, reporting methods, or availability. These changes may affect the Service.

After Google Ads history is stored, Skynet restricts switching that business to another advertiser to avoid mixing historical records. Use a separate Skynet business account for a different advertiser.

4. METRICS AND HISTORICAL DATA

Collection normally runs daily, with on-demand collection and historical backfill available where supported and subject to usage limits.

Reports are not real-time monitoring. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or revised by the source platform. A failed collection does not establish that the underlying business performance changed.

Different platforms use different attribution rules, reporting periods, currencies, and time zones. Advertising clicks, website sessions, and organic search clicks are not interchangeable. Conversion value does not necessarily represent received revenue or profit, and cost per conversion is not necessarily customer acquisition cost.

Some historical samples represent overlapping reporting windows rather than individual daily totals. Google Ads historical backfill uses rolling seven-day snapshots with prior-seven-day comparisons. Do not sum overlapping snapshots as though they were separate daily activity.

Historical backfill depends on the source and its available data. It does not guarantee complete historical coverage.

5. CALCULATED METRICS AND AI

You are responsible for reviewing formulas, inputs, units, reporting periods, and the interpretation of calculated results. Formula validation does not guarantee that a calculation is appropriate for your business.

Missing inputs, unavailable data, and invalid calculations may prevent a result from being produced. Archiving a calculated metric does not automatically delete its stored history.

Skynet uses xAI for AI-powered summaries and Conversational Analytics. Relevant account information, stored metrics, formula definitions, and conversation context may be sent to xAI as described in the Privacy Policy. OAuth tokens are not included in those AI request payloads.

AI responses and formula suggestions may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them. Conversational Analytics does not automatically save formulas or change connected advertising accounts.

The Service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, profitability, or other business outcomes.

6. BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Any trial ends on the date shown on your billing page. After the trial, subscriptions renew through Stripe according to the price and billing interval disclosed at purchase, unless canceled.

Cancel through the billing controls. Access continues through the paid period, subject to these terms. Disconnecting a data source does not cancel your subscription.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use the Service to access data without authorization, violate applicable law or platform terms, resell connected-platform data without permission, bypass usage limits, compromise security, or interrupt the Service.

We may suspend access for violations or when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, or the Service.

8. DISCONNECTION AND DATA

Disconnecting Google deletes the saved Google credentials for that business from the active application database and stops further collection through that connection.

Disconnecting does not revoke the grant in your Google Account, cancel your subscription, or automatically delete previously collected history, reports, calculated-metric definitions, or conversations.

You can separately revoke Google access through your Google Account:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Data retention, AI processing, deletion requests, and backup limitations are described in the Privacy Policy:
https://skynetintelligencesystems.com/privacy-policy/

Contact marketing@skynetintelligencesystems.com to request account or stored-data deletion.

9. AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete data, or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by law, Duke Industries LLC’s total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

Changes to Google data use remain subject to applicable notice and consent requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

Virginia law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections under applicable law.
