1. WHO WE ARE
Skynet Intelligence Systems (“Skynet,” “we,” “us,” or the “Service”) is a product of Duke Industries LLC, doing business as Skynet Intelligence Systems.
Address:
23432 Indian Town Rd
Courtland, Virginia, United States
Privacy contact:
marketing@skynetintelligencesystems.com
This policy covers skynetintelligencesystems.com and the dashboard at app.skynetintelligencesystems.com. It does not cover skyfalldigitalmedia.com.
Skynet is a marketing monitoring, reporting, and conversational analytics service. Authorized users connect business accounts so Skynet can collect available performance information, display reports, and provide explanations and insights.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information
We collect information needed to create and operate your account, including your name, email address, password hash, business or account details, preferences, and billing status.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Skynet stores payment-related identifiers and billing status, not your full payment card number.
Connected Google accounts
When you authorize a Google connection, Skynet may access the following information, depending on your permissions, selected sources, and available features:
• Google account identifiers and email address, used to identify the connected Google account.
• Google Analytics information, including accessible account and property identifiers, sessions, engagement, key events, conversion-related metrics, traffic channels, and related reporting data.
• Google Search Console information, including accessible properties, clicks, impressions, search queries, click-through rates, average position, and related search performance information.
• Google Business Profile information, including business and location identifiers, profile information, performance metrics, website clicks, direction requests, call-related metrics, reviews, ratings, posts, and other supported profile reporting data.
• Google Ads account information, including accessible advertiser and manager account identifiers, account names, currency, and time zone. When Google Ads is authorized, Skynet discovers accessible advertising accounts and retrieves performance reports for the single advertiser selected for each Skynet business. Reporting data includes impressions, clicks, advertising cost, conversions, and conversion value. Skynet calculates related metrics such as click-through rate, average cost per click, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend where the required inputs are available.
• OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection, including an encrypted refresh token.
Skynet uses official Google OAuth authorization and Google APIs. We do not ask for or store your Google password.
Google Ads authorization is optional. Skynet uses its Google integrations to discover available sources and read information for reporting and analytics. It does not use these integrations to create or edit campaigns, change bids or budgets, modify targeting or billing settings, publish posts, respond to reviews, edit Business Profiles, or delete information from your Google accounts.
Some Google APIs require permissions whose descriptions allow broader management access even when Skynet uses those permissions only to read supported information. Google Ads does not provide a narrower reporting-only OAuth scope for the endpoints Skynet uses.
Other connected services
If you connect other supported services, such as LinkedIn, Meta, or Ahrefs, Skynet may collect the business identifiers, performance information, and authorization credentials needed to provide that integration. The information available depends on the service, permissions granted, and features used.
Chat and user-submitted information
When you use Conversational Analytics or submit information through the Service, we collect the content you provide and the resulting responses. This may include questions, conversation history, feedback, and business information you choose to enter.
Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, OAuth tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information into chat.
Calculated metrics
When you create Calculated Tags, we store their names, descriptions, aliases, formulas, references to account metrics, calculation status, errors, and resulting values. These records are used to evaluate your formulas, maintain reporting history, and make calculated metrics available in supported reporting, charting, alarm, shared-screen, and analytics features.
Calculated Tags are associated with the relevant Skynet business account. Archiving a calculated metric does not automatically delete its previously stored history.
Technical and operational information
We may collect technical information associated with operating and securing the Service, such as IP addresses, browser information, login events, timestamps, collection status, and diagnostic logs.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to:
• Authenticate users and administer accounts.
• Maintain authorized connections to supported services.
• Discover available sources and retrieve information from the sources selected for a business.
• Collect data on the scheduled daily cycle or through available on-demand collection and historical backfill features.
• Display dashboards, comparisons, reports, and historical information.
• Evaluate user-defined calculated metrics.
• Generate AI-powered summaries and Conversational Analytics answers.
• Deliver enabled email reports, alarms, and notifications.
• Process subscriptions and maintain billing records.
• Investigate collection failures, maintain reliability, and protect the Service.
An OAuth refresh token is used to obtain access needed for the connection you authorized. It is not included in AI request payloads.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness decisions, lending decisions, or databases for resale.
We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
4. AI-POWERED FEATURES
Skynet uses xAI to generate AI-powered written summaries and Conversational Analytics responses.
For written summaries, relevant marketing metrics and reporting context are sent to the AI provider.
For Conversational Analytics, information sent to the AI provider may include:
• Your question.
• Relevant prior conversation messages.
• The selected account’s name and website.
• Collected marketing metrics and reporting dates.
• Search queries and relevant business or location information.
• Relevant report content and data-collection status.
• Google Ads performance metrics, reporting periods, advertiser identifiers, currency, and time zone when relevant to the selected account.
• Tag names, descriptions and aliases, calculated-metric formulas and dependencies, calculation status and errors, and resulting values.
The information provided depends on the feature and the account data available. Conversational Analytics is not limited to aggregated counts.
Skynet does not include OAuth refresh tokens, Google passwords, or application authentication secrets in these AI request payloads.
AI processing is used to provide the user-facing features described in this policy, not to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.
Conversational Analytics can explain stored metrics and their relationships, explain existing calculations, and suggest formulas. The assistant does not automatically save formulas or change connected advertising accounts. Users must review and save calculations through the relevant application controls.
AI responses may contain mistakes. They are explanations and recommendations, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or business results.
5. GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY
Skynet’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google API Services User Data Policy:
https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Google user data is used to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy. We do not transfer Google user data for independent advertising, resale, or other unrelated purposes.
Any access, use, or disclosure remains subject to applicable Google API requirements.
6. WHO RECEIVES INFORMATION
We disclose information only as needed to operate the Service, provide requested features, meet legal obligations, or protect security.
Recipients may include:
• Hosting, infrastructure, storage, and database service providers.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Email delivery providers for enabled reports, notifications, and account communications.
• xAI for the AI-powered features described above.
• Authorized users and administrators with access to the relevant Skynet account.
• Recipients you configure for reports or notifications, and people with whom you choose to share exported information.
• Authorities or other recipients when disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
We do not sell or rent connected-platform data to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.
Service-provider processing must remain consistent with the purposes described in this policy and applicable platform requirements.
7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We use HTTPS/TLS to protect data transmitted between users and the Skynet dashboard and when communicating with Google APIs.
Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored in the application database.
Authenticated access and account-level authorization controls restrict access to account information and connected data.
The application’s deployment does not publish its database or Redis services directly to the public internet.
These protections apply alongside measures used to operate and maintain the Service. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
The token-encryption disclosure above does not mean that every database field, report, or stored metric is individually encrypted.
8. RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain information as needed to provide the Service, maintain reporting history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security.
Retention periods differ by record type:
• Historical metric samples are subject to a scheduled cleanup that removes samples older than 24 months. This is based on the age of each sample, not a new 24-month period beginning when you disconnect.
• Conversational Analytics messages are subject to scheduled cleanup after 90 days.
• Current metric values, reports, calculated-metric definitions, connection metadata, and other account records may have different retention periods and are not all covered by the historical-sample cleanup.
• Billing records may be retained as required for accounting and tax obligations.
• Technical and security records are retained according to their operational, security, and legal purposes.
Disconnecting Google removes the stored Google connection and refresh token for that business from the active application database. It stops future collection through that connection.
Disconnecting does not automatically erase previously collected metrics, reports, calculated-metric definitions, or conversation records. Saved source selections may remain.
You may request deletion of previously collected data or your account by emailing marketing@skynetintelligencesystems.com. We verify the requester’s authority and explain the scope of the request and any applicable retention exceptions.
Backups may retain copies until they are replaced or expire under the applicable backup process. Information that must be retained for legal or legitimate security purposes is limited to those purposes.
9. YOUR CHOICES
You can:
• Choose whether to connect supported platforms.
• Choose whether to authorize Google Ads.
• Select available GA4 and Search Console properties, Business Profile locations, and one Google Ads advertiser per Skynet business.
• Disconnect Google through Skynet’s account settings.
• Revoke Skynet’s Google access through your Google Account permissions.
• Control available report, email, and notification preferences.
• Create, edit, and archive calculated metrics using the available application controls.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
To prevent historical data from different advertisers being mixed, changing to a different advertiser after Google Ads history has been stored requires a separate Skynet business account.
Google Account third-party connections:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections
Disconnecting within Skynet deletes its local Google credentials; it does not itself revoke the app’s grant in your Google Account.
Revoking access through Google prevents future authorized access but does not itself delete information already collected by Skynet. Contact us separately if you also want stored information deleted.
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. Contact us to exercise those rights.
10. COOKIES AND SESSIONS
Skynet uses session mechanisms needed to authenticate users, maintain account access, and operate the dashboard.
These mechanisms are used to provide the Service and are not used by Skynet to sell Google user data or create advertising audiences.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy as the Service or our data practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.
If we materially change how we access, use, or share Google user data, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required before applying the new use.
