Where IT meets OT
Factories, power plants, and pipelines use control rooms to organize measurements, trends, visual displays, and alarms. Skynet applies those principles to your marketing data.
Website traffic, search visibility, advertising results, and local business performance are collected and stored with dates and data-quality information. You can display the latest collected results on shared screens and configure alarms to flag changes. It is information technology meeting operational technology, applied to the numbers that drive your business.
ABDI: Advanced Business Data Interface
Your business as an interactive control screen.
ABDI puts your business at the center of an interactive diagram, with your selected metrics around it as tag cards. Animated data-flow lines connect the cards to your business wherever you place them.
• Colour-coded at a glance: green when a number rises, yellow when it holds, red when it falls
• Pie charts that compare up to eight metrics, with an automatic legend
• Text labels and navigation buttons to build a connected set of screens
• Up to 10 screens per account, shared with your whole team
• Locked until you choose Edit, so nothing moves by accident
• Export to PDF, PNG, JPG, or SVG for meetings, reports, or a wall display
• View-only on phones and tablets, with zoom, pan, and an expanded overlay.
Build it once, and everyone on your team can view the same shared screen of your latest collected results.
Alarms that work like a control room
You decide what matters. Skynet watches it.
Metric Alarms: build a rule in one row. Drag in any metric, choose greater than, less than, or equal to, and compare it with the previous day or the historical average of up to two years. Check it daily, weekly, or monthly.
When a rule triggers:
• It appears in a colour-coded Alarm list: green for up, yellow for unchanged, red for down
• Everyone who has opted in gets one email with every triggered alarm in a single table
• Each person chooses their own delivery: daily, weekly, or monthly
Access Alarm: Skynet also watches itself. If a data source stops storing data or Google access is lost, the account owner is emailed automatically.
Your data is not just reported. It is supervised.

One platform for the numbers that matter
Your marketing information should help you understand your business—not leave you moving between reporting tools.
Skynet brings Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, optional Google Ads reporting, PageSpeed Insights, and Ahrefs domain intelligence into one workspace built for business owners.
See what changed, check the reporting dates, create your own calculations, ask questions, and contact the person building the platform when you need help.
See your marketing clearly
• Summary: Review key metrics with current and prior values, reporting windows, and data quality.
• Google Analytics 4: Follow website sessions, engagement, key events, and traffic channels. Compare paid and organic website activity.
• Google Search Console: Review search clicks, impressions, and leading queries for your selected property and country.
• Google Business Profile: Monitor views, calls, website clicks, directions, reviews, ratings, and posts. See combined results and individual summaries for multiple locations.
• Google Ads: Connect optional advertising access and select one advertiser for each business. Review impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and available reporting ratios.
• PageSpeed Insights: Track mobile and desktop performance scores for your primary website URL.
• Ahrefs domain intelligence: Explore available domain strength, backlinks, referring domains, keyword and traffic estimates, leading pages, competitors, and accessible Site Audit summaries.
Available measurements depend on your connections, permissions, source configuration, and the information each provider returns.
Turn information into something useful
• Trend: Chart up to eight stored metrics across selectable date ranges and download the selected data as CSV.
• Calculated Tags: Build reusable metrics from the numbers already stored for your business. Create a description, choose your inputs, validate the formula, and use the result in supported charts, ABDI screens, alarms, reports, and analytics.
• ABDI: Build up to ten shared visual screens with metric cards, pie charts, labels, navigation buttons, and animated data-flow graphics. Select Expand to open a full-window overlay, then close it without losing your current edits or view. Print or export screens for meetings and reports.
• Metric Alarms: Configure comparisons against a previous stored sample or historical mean. Review color-coded history and receive combined alarm emails at your chosen frequency.
• System Status: Check collection and connection health before interpreting the numbers. Missing information is identified rather than quietly treated as zero.
Ask the AI – or talk to Ryan
Conversational Analytics helps you understand your stored business metrics, explore marketing and SEO questions, explain calculated metrics, and request validated formula suggestions.
It can also find relevant customer Help instructions and include links to the full articles. Ask “How do I connect Google Ads?” or “How do I create a Calculated Tag?” alongside questions about your business performance.
Want a person instead? Open Chat with Ryan, a separate page for private human support. Leave a message, return to the saved conversation, and choose whether to receive an email when Ryan replies.
Human Chat is asynchronous, not an instant-response service. Its messages are separate from Conversational Analytics and are not sent to xAI.
Reports and a workspace that fit your business
Receive daily email summaries, read the weekly digest, and download configurable PDF reports and CSV exports. Optional daily PDF attachments and weekly digest emails let you choose how information reaches your team.
Keep shared notes, useful links, and RSS feeds. Adjust dashboard panels, choose a light or dark theme, add authorized users, and switch between businesses from one login.
The searchable Help center explains the tools, connections, and reporting. Feature suggestions give you a way to help shape what gets built next.
How the data works
Normal collection begins daily at 6:00 a.m. Eastern. Measurements are stored with sample dates and quality information, and historical metric samples are retained for up to two years.
Reporting periods differ by source. Google Ads reports compare seven completed days with the prior seven, using the advertiser’s reporting context. Supported 30-day backfill can add historical snapshots, but overlapping seven-day snapshots must not be added together as separate daily totals.
On-demand collection is available subject to cooldowns and provider limitations. Skynet is a daily intelligence platform, not a real-time visitor monitor.
Official access. You keep control.
Skynet uses official APIs and Google OAuth—not scraping. Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
Some Google permission descriptions allow management operations. Skynet’s current Google integrations use those permissions for account discovery and reporting only. It does not change ads, bids, budgets, Business Profiles, posts, or review responses.
Skynet’s Google OAuth application has completed verification for its core Google connections and the optional Google Ads reporting permission.
Disconnecting Google deletes the saved Google credentials for that business from the active application database and stops collection through that connection. It does not automatically delete historical reports or cancel your subscription.
Skynet helps you understand the evidence and decide what to do next. It does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Access and control
Skynet uses official Google OAuth and APIs. Google Ads access is optional, and availability depends on your permissions and applicable Google requirements. Some Google permission descriptions allow broader account-management operations; Skynet uses its Google integrations for source discovery and reporting, not to change campaigns, bids, budgets, Business Profiles, posts, or review responses. Core Google OAuth app verification does not mean every optional scope has been approved. Disconnecting removes the saved Google credentials for that business from the active application database and stops collection through that connection; it does not automatically delete historical reports or cancel your subscription.

You’ll get the full platform: ABDI screens, Metric and Access Alarms, daily reporting, the Weekly digest, Conversational Analytics, and PDF reports. Skynet uses connected Google data for discovery and reporting; it does not change your campaigns or business listings. Disconnecting stops collection through that connection.
